I'm having a problem with the rather sharp angles of the line from the Hydro's high-pressure output to the JB's input - the stainless Aeroquip fittings keep tearing through the inside of the high-pressure stainless line. I've thought of two solutions - make a much longer line and install as a loop to take the angular pressure off of the inside of the line at the fitting ends or buy a cheap 37* flaring kit and make a hard line with a flex loop. Which one would be better? Where can the AN fittings for hard line be purchased?
I think the longer line would be easier and cheaper in the long run. You already have the fittings, and you said you already had spare line. Just make a longer line, and you can be back in business tonight.

I might need to order new fittings, they don't seem to like being taken apart and installed on new hoses.
I made a loop.
I had the aeroquip aluminum fittings and learned that I could only take them apart 2 maybe 3 times before I started to question the fittings.
I have the stainless fittings, but the brass inner bushings aren't fond of being re-used. I'm going to use my piece of spare line to make a long loop, but I think in the long run that the flared hard line is the way to go - that way I can keep my short run without a big hose flopping around.
