You need a new balancer, and while you're there, rent the appropriate puller and installer kits. They make removal and install VERY easy.
Tip: When using the install tool, coat the snout of the crank with oil, as well as the threaded shaft used for installation.

Check the OD of the balancer and make sure the timing marks are the same. Bring the timing mark to TDC before you take the old one off and once you install the new one it should be in the same place. If not, mark it so you will know it is the same.

I just did this twice last week ('cause I went 4 degrees advance from 0). Assembly lube worked really well.
