Corvette parts prices
I've been putting off buying some parts for my 72 because of lack of money, and hesitation has killed me. I just called Willcox about a front grille replacement for my car and he quoted a price of $600.00 per side which is more than double what they wanted in the Spring. Other items have gone up as well, while I procrastinate. Has anyone else noticed the prices on certain items skyrocket? It's getting to be a mighty expensive hobby and it's getting worse.

Those grilles are recently GM discontinued, and aren't being reproduced, as I understand it. Same thing happened last year with vacuum relays. :(
