Yes it fits, but its not the correct door panel. Unless you dont care about correctness it has the wrong pattern and inside door pull. Each year carries a different cosmetic appearance, the rest is the same.

If you only fit one you will notice the difference between left and right.
The 69 panel is thinner than the 68 and well as being cosmetically different.
If you fit a pair then it would not be really obvious.
