According to Zips catalog it is a different number. The 69 is one number, the 70 is another and the 71-76 is another number.

The 69 dash will not have speaker outlets, as far as fitting the 75, I am not sure.

It'll fit, but it won't have the openings for the speakers. '69 had them behind the kick panels.

It's also worth pointing out that 77 used the same basic pad. Some details (such as the presence or absence of fake stitch lines) changed over the years.

Yes, the pad will fit and as mentioned it will not have the speaker holes in the top.
