You can change the spring rate by changing it in or out. Out is stiffer. VB&P should have this in the instruction manual. I'm pretty sure you can look at it on their web site.....gp

Hey that is my car.

Yes that is correct on changing the spring rate. The spring is not on the car in this picture.

I just put in a little bit of standard grease that you would use on ball joints.

What kind of shocks are you running. It should not be bouncy regardless of what spring rate you are set on. I run mine in the 3rd firmest which is the 2nd hole in from the wheel.

Im running KYB shocks all four corners ! What i mean by bouncy is if i hit a dip in the road its real soft and it bounces once or twice . I just found the VB install instructions page and im going to try the 3rd hole out and see how that feels !
Hows your ride and what shocks are you running ?

My ride is quite firm in the 3rd hole. I run a set of Bilstein shocks. Be careful with the KYB shocks. Even the standard fiberglass spring with the stock KYB shocks can be bouncy. You have to get the KYB shocks that are for the VB fiberglass spring to tame the bouncy out of the ride. If you did not buy the shocks it is going to be tough to find out which ones you have. Try the 3rd hole but I think the bouncy ride is caused by the shocks. The Blsteins really helped out even before I had the dual mount spring.
