hey guys, now don't bash me, I need an honest answer
I just put synthetic oil in my grandpa's 65 mustang and he has talked to some mechanics, they said the synthetic oil will make the seals leak.
is this true? thanks, you guys always give great info

In my experience, my engines I had no problem but my Dana 60 axle seals leaked when I switched
I think it depends on what condition your seals are in when you switch. If their very old or worn you may have problems.
