Default Moly assembly lube

Can anyone advise on assembly lube? I see this stuff from Jegs - Crane Super Moly Lube. 2 ounces cost $10. I this the right stuff to use? How much do I need?

How about this stuff:
Permatex® Ultra Slick™ Engine Assembly Lube - 81950 4 ounces cost $7

Description:
Proper lubrication of metal mating surfaces is essential prior to starting a new or rebuilt engine. Ultra Slick™ adheres to component surfaces to prevent scuffing and galling during initial start-up. This high quality formulation meets or exceeds OEM performance specs for engine assembly lubricants.

Suggested Applications: Engine bearings, camshafts, lifters, valves, guides and rocker shaft assemblies

I use the moly lube on the cam / lifters. Then "engine assembly lube" (red and sticky) on the bearings.

Bottom end was done by shop. I just have to put heads on, lifters, pushrods (ball end), std. rockers. I guess that means I just need the Moly.
Any specific brands and or part numbers on the Moly? Or am I being too critical?
