1970 C3 Corvette years are the rearrest because of the GM strike - only built 17,316 (6,648 verts & 10,668 coups).

Plus it was the last year for the high compression SB 350 Engines. 350 Engines offered 350/300HP or 350/350HP. Also first 3 months of the 1970 - had open Air Filter element.

I kick myself every morning for selling my mint 1970 Mulsanne Blue with 350/350 HP 4 speed Muncie with 51,000 miles. I was 2nd owner.

Purchased in 2004 for $20,000 and sold in 2009 for $23,000 when I purchased my 2009 Z06. Today probably worth $40,000

I agree - where the hell can you buy a C3 in decent condition between $7,500 - $8,500. Good luck with that.
