Default Front Billstein Shock Washers

Hello all, I am getting the front shocks on after getting the springs back in place, and am trying to figure out the washers and grommets.

There are 2 thick cupped washers and 1 thin one.

I put the black washer on and then a grommet, put the shock up and through, bolted the bottom of shock, then put the thick washer, the grommet and then the thin washer and tighted up the nut.

Now for the question, the thin top washer seemed to bend from the nut when I torqued it to about 15 lbs. Should I take the top washers back off and put the thin washer against the spring pocket followed by the grommet then the thick washer and nut?

Thanks

Yep I looked again, the thin washer had a lip on the bottom so I put that on on the frame then the grommet and put the thick one on top after the nut. I think that is correct any thoughts anyone?

I changed out the thin washer and rubber grommets, for OEM grommets. The thin washer seems to small for the A-arm. I was told that thin washer is placed on the bottom side of the A-arm.
