Default Need electrical help...no power to dizzy

I finally got the motor back in, and got everything buttoned up. Stock L-48 came out and a hopped up 350 went in. After some wiring issues with the starter (had the shielded wire on the wrong side), I finally got the engine to turn over, but won't start. I have fuel, so I check the voltage on the BAT wire to the distributor. Nothing there. I look at the fuse panel to see if there's a fuse for it, and I found a terminal labelled IGN, but it's a terminal that looks like there should be a spade clip on it and nothing else. I can't find any loose wires that look like they should be hooked up to anything, and the car was running fine before I pulled the motor.

Any suggestions or advice would really help right about now. If there's one thing I'm inept at, it's electrical, and I'm absolutely lost at this point. Thanks in advance.

I would think I have problems before the coil if I'm not even getting 12v to the distributor at all...no?
