Can you convert a vette to a ......?
Has anyone every took let say a rubber bumber vette and converted it to a chrome bumber vette. What would be needed? Not that I would convert my 75 but Im just curious.

someone looked into this once. It was turned down because the cost of the ordeal would be crazy, you'd be better off buying a junked chrome bumper car, and using the good parts off the '75(engine, trans, interior, etc) and putting them on the chrome bumper car.

It would be easie and cheaper to buy a piece fron end, you would need a new top surround, new fenders, grills, bumpers, lights, etc.
