Personalized Plates
Am thinking of getting a personalized plate for my baby and was wondering if it was real spensive or what.

Depends what state you're in. In PA it costs a one time fee of $25

LOL 30? check out what i have to go through in CT "$65 plus regular $5 plate production fee and $11 plate transfer fee if substituting for existing marker plate"

In Orlando it cost me $90 dollars up front, plus $67 bucks a year. Can you say highway robbery!!!!! :mad

On top of the $30 ....I also have to pay property tax on every vehicle and depending on it's appraised value :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad $30 isn't bad but the property tax on auto's is stupid :boxing I can understand property tax on property (LAND) :mad

i think jersey is 100 or close to that but then again anything in jersey is a rip off.im thiinking of getting one for mine.somebody from jersey chime in and let me know what it is.

Last I knew of I think it was $50 because of the front and rear plates. I would still check on it though.

It's $40 here...but I think that's a onetime fee. I'll find out next year, I guess. ;)

One-time fee (not counting annual renewal stickers on all plates) of $212.00 Beaver Bucks - that's approximately $1.75 'merican. :lol:

hey pat...in NJ its 50 bucks a year for personalized plates and a your usual yearly registration fee. thats what i have....
for personalized historic (QQ) plates its 83.50, one time fee. in dont believe there is a yearly fee. (yet another reason to go with QQ!)

in Toronto,Canada they are 212 cand.. i tried to get plates that said BADAZZ69. they would not let me..i think i am going to go with 1BAAAD69....

Went to the DMV today to register my new baby.
Inquired about em and they want $70 now plus $45 every year plus registration fee. Think I'll save my money for some goodies for now. Plenty of work ahead of me. How someone let her get into this condition is beyond me but that will change in time.

In Michigan it's like $30. I had to pay an extra $30 to geta a Michigan State University plate, too.
