PLEASE HELP...AC Compressor Issue..??..
Hey All,
I have a 77 L-82 and after spending all last summer fixing the AC, Guess what...It's now broken again. The new issue is that after about 20 seconds or so after turning the AC on, it starts to spray R134A out of a little hole in the back of the compressor. It doesn't seem to be plugged, nor does it leak out of this hole for the first 20 seconds or so, or after the AC is turned off. It stop coming out imediately after the switch is turned off. Almost as if it is some kind of pressure release. Should I plug this hole some how, or should it be plugged. If so, with what? And does anybody have any pics of theirs to compare mine to.
