Default Possible fuel problem

I have an issue where the gas drains back to the tank after I shut it off. I know this because I have a clear fuel filter. Now after a few minutes the fuel filter will fill to about half level. Is this something I should be concerned with? One other thing to note is that my fuel pressure-taken by an external guage goes done to 2psi at WOT. What do you guys think???

Thanks, Tony

The fuel draining back is normal, and there is not much you can do about it without creating a high spot, or an air lock of sorts

Also, get rid of that glass filter. They are fire hazards waiting to happen. If one of the rubber end seals gives or the glass shatters they spew fuel all over the hot exhaust and IGN system and a fire will ensue. Lets not forget that these cars are basically plastic, and they don't react well to fires.

Autozone sells a very cheap chrome filter that goes inline just like your glass filter. Three minutes to change, and piece of mind.

Get rid of the clear glass filter and the gauge. Both are 'Bubba' and neither have any value.

The guage was put on temporarily to see where I was at. I do have a new non-glass filter which I intend to put on.....My car if far from stock so either one really did not bother me anyway....
