Default electrical mes up

Hi
now i have a big ? I was change some light bulp for the water/olie/fuel gauges and after I reassemble the instrument panel my windows washer only work when I push on the *** and get water on It will not just wipe the window,nothing in slow ore fast mode, i can hear some el.kontakt at the washermoter wher i try slow ore fast but the wiper dont move,:o and now my turn signal indicator don’t work it stiil gives signal outside on the car just not inside, I think I have a ground issue but where to look, I am NOT strong regarding electric :o

If everything was working before you did the light bulb thing, then there is where you start. Look at the connector on the back of the insturement panel and make sure its making good contact with the circuit board.
For the wipers look at the connector on the wiper switch, you probably pulled it loose when you had the dash apart.

wiper swits is brand new got it today and it is put on correct, but it gives same result as the old one

the other part will be checkd in the morning

Sounds like you lost the ground to cluster housing.Take a wire and attach it to a good ground and touch it to the metal housing and try the wipers.
