I would suspect the headlight switch, the harmonica connector under the column, or maybe the wiring at the rear. Do all the other lights come on when the headlight switch is activated? Side markers, fronts, and rear markers?
The brake lights and turn signals are the same bulb and wiring. The tailights (or parking lights) use a single brown wire going to the rear.
First thing to check is the Tailight fuse. Also as DB said check the brown coming from the headlight switch. If your side markers work in the rear then you dont have to check for the headlight feed because you have it.The connector that goes to the rear is at the left kick pad right under the hood release.
I had a problem with the front parking lights recently. I worked my way back from the bulbs in. If you have a volt/ohm meter, check the bulb connections, work back to the connection harness between the interior harness and the bulbs. This is where my problem was... one of the leads that should have contacted the bulb was not. I had voltage to this point from the inerior. Testing here will let you know which direction you must follow. Note just that one missed connection produced a good many problems.
