Default Scraping noise coming from the rear wheel

My 71 has been off the road for a few years, and when I got it back on, there was a scraping noise coming from one of the rear wheels, when going around a curve. When I installed SS calipers, I removed the parking brake hardware, because I thought it was causing the noise, but no joy. There is still a scraping noise during corning. I have replaced rear wheel bearings before (25 years ago), but I have forgot how to check the bearings. I had all of the rotors turned during the brake change.

What about the backing plate rubbing.
