Gauges...
Hey guys what is the correct size on the gauges for our C-3'S.....2 n 1/16 or 2 n 5/8..Thanx...Jerrylee///

I'm not sure if they changed over the years but I have some 68 gauges and they are 2 5/8

2 1/16 in most if not all C3's for aftermarket

Yeh, tried all to hell to get a full brace of 2 5/8 gauges in there, but no go.....nearly impossible with the other crap going in ....
it's a custom panel made by me.....

OH, DIG THIS CRAP.....they seem to go by the freeking HOLE size, not the OD of the friggin BEZEL in front......
dimbulb numbnutz move on whoEVER's part.....
so a 2 5/8 gauge is much closer to 2 7/8 diameter.....and so I was working with BCH tolerances, and good thing I brought my tape to the store.....

2 1/16 gauge will slide inside the original cluster bezel holes perfectly but the original gauges that "butt up" behind the bezel are closer to 2 5/8

Hey man, NOT directed at you at all....just the way it IS....just glad I brought my tape on account of I kinda thought they were larger than 2.5 inches diameter on the bezel....glad I caught it or I would have been screwed up but good....
