OH, DIG THIS CRAP.....they seem to go by the freeking HOLE size, not the OD of the friggin BEZEL in front......

dimbulb numbnutz move on whoEVER's part.....

so a 2 5/8 gauge is much closer to 2 7/8 diameter.....and so I was working with BCH tolerances, and good thing I brought my tape to the store.....

2 1/16 gauge will slide inside the original cluster bezel holes perfectly but the original gauges that "butt up" behind the bezel are closer to 2 5/8

Hey man, NOT directed at you at all....just the way it IS....just glad I brought my tape on account of I kinda thought they were larger than 2.5 inches diameter on the bezel....glad I caught it or I would have been screwed up but good....
