Yes it will fit, but it's not necessarily the best trans to use if you're looking to do a 5-speed swap. The World Class T5's that GM used were not the strongest of the T5 transmissions. But they are relatively easy to install compared to some other options. Try the search function for 5-speed or T5 and you should come up with a lot of hits. Many of us have installed them in our cars.
