Default 1980 rear end upgrades

I am searching for a company that can help me with the rear end on my 1980- I am wanting to upgrade the half shafts, differential, driveshaft and yokes along with suspension upgrades not only for strength but to accomodate wider wheels and tires.

Any ideas?

The only upgrade for 80-82 diffs is to take it to the recyling plant and get as much mony for the aluminum as you can. Seriously if you want strength, swap it out for a cast iron unit.

I sent you guys an e-mail a couple days ago and am awaiting a reply. I am ready to do the rear end on the car so whenever you can get to me, I would like to discuss. I know the 80-82 rear ends didn't have to do much with 190 hp engines so I want to be able to hit the gas and feel comfortable. E-mail me at eagleamu@yahoo.com and I will give you the phone number to call.
Thanks

You'll have to re-work the mounts on either the car or the rear end.

Thanks for the advice. I only want to do this sort of project once so any help I can get is greatly appreciated.

Please explain. I've never had to re-work any mounts. Only thing I ever had to do was cut the battery and storage boxes for bigger axles.
