has anyone tried e3 spark plugs http://www.e3sparkplugs.com/diamondfire.htmheard about these on gears .

I bought a set and had them installed....at first, I notice a small "seat of the pants" increase in performance. BUT after driving for about 3 months, I noticed the engine started to miss at idle... I pulled the plugs to check them out and the electrode didn't look like any other spark plug electrode I've ever seen. The best I can describe it is...sort of "rust" looking. The insulator looked fine (light tan)...the threads looked fine (no oil).
Didn't feel comfortable with that, so I went back to NGK plugs and haven't looked back...should have never changed them...but nothing ventured nothing gained.
By the way, the miss at idle....gone!
