At the time the frame was being done i was going 502 / 650 HP. Next is G-force GF-5R transmission. The body is gettting is 1st coat of primer this week. more to come

Looks great! Isn't it cool how projects creep a little???

One suggestion....do yourself a favor and make crossmember removable now. To put the G-Forces or Richmonds in and out either needs removable crossmember or lifting motor and scooting it forward. It would be awful easy right now. There's even a guy here on the forum selling premade plates to weld in.

If you are not going to run sidepipes...might just make a tubular crossmember that tucks up tight to body and allows pipes to go under it with oval pipe. Eliminates the sharp 90* bends to go through the crossmember and that 582' is going to want BIG pipes!

you go with the VanSteel offset Trailing Arms? that motors gonna need big tires too! I like your build! In hindsight one of those SRIII frame would have been icing on the cake.

I can respect that but I hope you realize that the vette was not made to handle that kind of power...you will need non-original parts to stay alive and streetable.
#1 on your list should be big tires or all that power & $$ is unusable and will just cause your $$ tires to burn up.

Gonna have to make some mods to run 650 HP if you want to hook it up... of course not hooking it up makes for quite a show too:
