I did this a while ago. I cleaned them up and lubed them. Make sure the rollers are in good shape. Sometimes the rollers wear out and wobble on the pin. You might have to replace one or two but the windows will work a lot better. Not a big job just take your time and don't break the glass. You might also need to replace the "fuzzies" on the upper part of the door. This holds the glass steady o nthe way up.
You'll need to remove the door glass, as you probably already know. An Assembly Instruction Manual makes it a lot easier to see how things come apart and go together, and also has the instructions for adjusting the windows after they're re-installed, should they need it. The AIM is the best $25 I've ever spent on my car.
