What Delco oil filter are you guys using in replacement of the PF 25, which I understand is not longer available?

The 454 is the replacement but I use a 1218, pretty much the equivalent of the PF-35.

You can buy the PF-25 on ebay. I bought 6 for 3 bucks each a couple months back.

Go real wild and use a PF-832. Looks just like the old PF-35 except it's doulbe the length...Funny thing is it fits. Maybe a little tight depending on which headers you have.

Actually I think AC is reproducing the PF25 now. Looks like the old white one and I think you can get it at most AC places.

Thanks. I seem to be getting conflicting info on this.

This was discussed at the NCRS Tech Board. If you absolutely have to have a PF-25, Paragon is reproducing it (but note the price). The larger PF-1218 is fine for me.

I have a customer that was buying the white filter and getting tired of paying the price so I took a die grinder and took the skin off the filter. Now he uses a regular filter and slides the skin over leaving the split at the back so the judges cant see it.So far he says the judges havnt caught it.
