Alternator connector adapter???
Hello
I'm going to use 100A 3 wire alternator instead of the original 2 wire on my 72.
What type and where I get the correct adapter?

I think your stock alt IS a 3 wire. The heavy gauge wire to the stud on the back, and the two wires to the plug. The new alternator should just bolt in and the plug fits as is with no adapters needed.

I thought that the meaning of 3 wire refers to how many wire go to the plug.
