I prefer NGK plugs. I called their tech department and told them my setup and they told me the suggested plug number. The proper plug will depend on a lot of things like compression and header clearance. It's best to get the manufacturer to suggest the model for your application.

Mine are going to be aluminum Vortec heads.

Yeah.....I would rather have aluminum, but these were on the car when I bought, so I guess I will stick with them, plus their really good flowing heads. I don't know the compression but I have the Hooker sidepipes. I guess I'll check with some mfgs.

Thanx!
