Window motor replacement..

Thanks
After you remove the door panel, you should see a small cover located about mid ways of the door. This is the motor access panel and the motor is underneath. Go ahead and remove this access panel.
Before taking any more bolts out, take a look at the gears of the window regulator that the motor engages. You should notice a hole in the regulator gear such that it aligns with a hole in the window regular assembly when the window is either all the way up or down (I'm thinking all the way down but really don't remember just now). This hole is to allow you to insert a bolt thru the assembly and thru the gear to hold the regular into position since the regulator is spring loaded. Without the bolt inserted the regulator is going to go flying.
After inserting the bolt described above, take a look at the wires running out of the motor. Trace them and you should find a connection inside the door cavity. Disconnect the wires.
At this point you should study the actual motor and should see some obvious bolts holding it onto the inside door skin and also onto the door regulator. Remove all of these bolts and the motor should slip out.
