Measuring Engine Tmperature
Has anyone used the PocketTherm thermometer to measure the engine temperature? If so, where exactly should the thermometer be pointed, inside the engine compartment, to get a reading, say, within ten degrees of what should be showing on the dash temperature gauge? I mean, should the thermometer be pointed at the top radiator hose, for example, for a '69 350/350?
By the way, if there is another thermometer (maybe a laser) that someone has used and had good results with, please comment.
