Default Body Dolly Demensions

Does anyone have the dimensions, or a drawing, of a corvette body dolly? Previously I've used a 4x4 wooden contraption but it didn't do anything to support the front and rear overhangs. I want to build a new jig to support my 69 coupe body when I sent it off for paint.

Thanks for your help.

I just disassembled the one I built and used on my 69.
It worked rather well for being able to move the car around while I worked on the under carriage and frame.
I will try to measure it tonight for you.
I will have to get the pieces back out.
I will also try to send you a pic of what it looked like.

I used the Noland Adams dolly too for my C3. The part in the front didn't seem to do anything for the C3 body. I finally used some extra 2x4's to shore up the front. Anyone have the same experience?

To hold up the back, Some angle iron bolted between the hinge piller and the latch post works good.

Thanks for the tips guys. I'm gonna stay away from the wooden ones because they take up so much room. It looks like I have a line on a welded 2x2 box frame jig that disassembles down to 4 major parts and is easy to store. A local guy has one that works for 53's thru 82s. I'm gonna go over and take measurements and try to come up with a basic sketch for a local welder to price out for me. Stay tuned.
