Differential date code ?
the Date code on my 3.55 differential in my 75 L48 Convertible (build date Apr 2nd) is as follows:
AAW136E2 It is confusing to me as I believe it to be the original but I'm not sure. The "AA" is supposed to be 3.55 ratio for 1975. 1976 did not use "AA" so the AA indicates that it is a 1975. However, The numbers 136 seem to conflict. Any help would be appreciated.
