Default Air Cleaner Help

I need an air cleaner for the 454 with the torker II and the 750 cfm edelbrock performer with elec choke to fit under my stock hood..
I purchased an air cleaner from a supplier that was recommended on the forum but it only fits on the stock carb. any suggestions with model #s would greatly appreciated

How much room do you have between the top of the carb and your hood? You don't need an air cleaner to check this, since the stud that sticks out the top will be the highest point anyway. I filed the stud to 3 7/8" tall (total length before you thread it into the carb), and it has about 1/2" clearance now with the hood closed. If you can fit this length stud, then you can fit this air cleaner. I'm running the Moroso anodized aluminum air cleaner that Summit sells on my 427 with the stock hood, but I'm not sure if the torker is taller. Part #MOR-65902

Hope this helps.
