I know that I only stop here a few times a week ,but as of this time I have yet to see anything regarding the new rear coil over spring set up that was offered earlier this year.
I was wondering If any one has installed this package and what they thought of it.

Mark,
I installed the Shark Bite setup on my 72, finished up a few weeks ago and posted a review when the GP was a sticky.
Overall I was pleased with the set up although I thnk it still needs some "tweaks" to be a true bolt on kit. My application was a little different as I run 12 bolt rear.
Now have about 300 miles on the kit and really like the ride, the look and freedom to adjust as necessary, the real test will be on the track.

May I ask what was the GP price, and do you feel it was a good investment at this point??

I bought the double adjustable with full polish, GP price was a tad under $1,800.
As far as hindsight on the purchase, I had tried to install the Van Steel rear coil over package and had clearance conflicts with the over sized half shaft that I wanted to run, and ended up trashing that.
The Shark Bite put the coils behind the rear, and clear of the half shafts, so it was a plus on the engineering side, and the "look" is sharp.
I would advise to be careful with the trailing arms you use with the Shark Bite, the Van Steel double offsets I originally had on my car did not work with the Shark Bite attachment bracket.

Large improvement, and the added bonus of adjustability.
I upgraded both the front and rear suspensions at the same time and now the car rides more like a C5 than a C3. Car feels more stable, tracks better and corners flatter.
Still waiting for some track time to start tuning.

Please post your feelings on the system once you get some track time in. I will look forward to your results.
