My car has had this condition for a while. It will on occasion pull to the right under braking. Its substantial enough that it will make the wheel turn. It doesn't happen all the time, my though was a flexible brake line issue. I have replaced them - but with th hydroboost on the car I wonder if I am damaging these hoses. I was going to put on a set of stainless steel DOT lines all the way around. Any ideas or thoughts ?

The S/S braided lines are a very good idea, but the Hydro is probably not damaging the rubber ones.
Pulling is usually a pad to rotor problem...have you inspected to see if there is cause for more friction on one side compared to the other?
Also, check all your front end suspension components. Pay close attention to the tie rod ends.
I have gone through the whole system. The element that leads me to belive that it is a hydraulic problem is when I try and do a brake torque when the car is having a pulling problem.
The car will drag its right front tire as opposed to holding both front tires locked. If there was a pad to rotor friction issue, I would think that it would not manifest itself in this situation. My thought was that something was holding pressure to the RF caliper - almost like it was pre-pressurized. When you apply the brakes say 30% the RF is getting 60% hydraulic pressure. It does it intermittently, which I find odd.
I might try throwing in a set of different pads - to see if there is any change by lessening the piston movement out. I figured the ss hoses would eliminate the potential problem that one was damaged and not letting fluid return to the master cylinder.
Suspension on the car is in good shape. It drives straight - and as I mentioned before - does not always pull under braking.
Since you replaced the flexible lines, the only other possibilities I could think of is air in the system or an intermittent sticking piston. I think a rotor, pad, tire pressure or suspension problem would cause it to put all the time.
The system has been bled so many times, I know its not an air/water situation. If I did have air in the system I would think it would be a consistent low or spongy pedal. The pedal is always high and hard, its does get a little harder when its in its "condition". I might try a pad swap, as it will put the pistons in a different position in the caliper and see if it mades a difference.
