The problem sometimes in getting these off is caused by the E Brake drums. First make sure your E brake handle is disengaged. Align the rotor so that one off the small holes lines up with the star wheel adjuster behind it at the bottom than click it back off with a small flat blade screw driver. If that dosn't work a few good wacks with a mini sledge (thus the term sledge hammer mechanic comes to mind) and it should loosen it up. Mine was stuck to the point that the E brake pads came off with the rotor. I replaced mine with the stainless steel ones.

It may still be riveted to the trailing arm hub. If so,, those rivets need to go. also,, before removal, mark one hole on the rotor and it's associated stud. reinstall the same location, as run-out problems may occur, if you don't. Not sure you can change the studs w/o removing the hubs, and if so,, all bets are off for you, you'll need to pull the trailing arms and send them out for a rebuild to Van Steel, or find a Corvette mechanic that's done them before, they are a really specialized job, needing special tools and experience.- translation, $700 on the car, $1400 to pull, rebuild and reinstal. 700 if you pull them yourself and ship them. Welcome to the land of the C3. good luck.
