You could do it yourself like the camaro guy - that might even be a very nice solution - or you could replace the guages with aftermarket units like I did.
I wouldn't mind a copy of those instructions if your still offering. That is going to be a mod of mine in the future and I'm gonna need em when that time comes. Great job on you install and where did you get that smooth console cover from?

I've had a number of requests for the instructions for the install of the Autometer Phantom gauges so I've put the zip file containing the instructions up on my web space. you can get it at... http://earchitect.50megs.com/corvette/install.zip
this is a better collection of instructions as it has been reformatted to a word document and included pdf files of the gauges i used from the manufacturer.
I would love a set of these instructions also. This is a great alternative to the cost of the gauges. We plan to install white face on the ctr console, but would love an alternative for the speedo and tach.
