I assume you know where the engine goes.....tranny also....

What you need is the Assy Instruction? manual AIM....for your year....like used by GM to show how to put the car together....that and the two part service manuals in the case of my '72 the repair manual covered ALL chebby cars of that year, and the overhaul manual went from gearbox to engine..once again for ALL the cars in the chebby line....

so 3 FACTORY books......plus tons of literature you maybe get hold of the vendors here on the left banner stack....

Wilcox is a good source for a lot of everything you need....

good luck, and IF you want to know where to put a computer in there, behind the map pocket in a early shark, I dunno for later ones....

On C3s that had ECMs the ecm was located in the battery box on the wall towards the seat back.

I'm assuming you know there is no ECM but when you start laying out parts and get you manuals. Take some pics when you get stuck or when you want to share and post them. The guys here are great!!! They love pics and will advise you all the way. Good Luck!!!

As others have mentioned, the Assembly Instruction Manual is a must. I have used mine extensively.

Someone here will know what it is, where it goes, and any other info you may need.

BTW, I'm just up the road from you. You're welcome to use my car (and limited knowledge) for reference if you like. My PM box is always open.

Maybe I misunderstood but I thought you were looking for a place to locate the ECM when you install EFI on your 69.
