aftermarket distributor (ignition) quality
OK, so I am swapping out all of the CCC stuff in my '81, and need a new dizzy.
In shopping around, there seems to be a definite difference in price among the available options. You can pick up some in the $80-$100 range, but the GMPP model goes for about $180.
I'm wondering if the quality is worth the extra $, and what the key differences are among the manufacturers. I have a feeling that the answer involves China, and I'd just as soon pay a little more than put crap in for such a critical compnent.
