My 77 has the buckskin interior I in the past year have bought the all leather seat covers and A drivers side dash pad and the rear quarter panel pieces from Willcox and have not had any problems with their stuff. Give Norm or Tommy a call and tell them about what you have and I guarantee they will take good care of you. They are good people with a good product and great prices.
For Pete's sake, please contact the supplier and find out what they have to say on the subject before you rant all over this forum about parts that you have been sitting on for two years!
You indicated that the installer dropped the ball, does that mean he tried to install the panels or did not? If he did was he the one who damaged/marked them up? If he did you know the rest of the story,Wilcox isn't known for this type of business, not saying they are pure and you have not seen them for two years, the panels are yours.
I accept responsibility for the time delay. I do not expect anything from Willcox. I was just curious if this was typical of the buckskin color. From any or all suppliers. They were not damaged by the installer. They are still in perfect condition. He just had it forever and did not finish everything.
Since you did edit your original post, I did not see it before you deleted it.
We always try our hardest to take care of any problem that we have and from reading other post, I’ll assume this interior was purchased over two years ago.
I’ll see if there is anything we can do or try to figure out what the problem is.
