'82 steering problems
I have a '82 with 67000 miles. My problem is there is about 2" of play in the steering, can it be adjusted out? Is the problem in the gear box? Also, when turning to the right it has no power steering at all but turns fine to the left.......I'm thinking the control valve needs to be replaced to cure that problem. The front and rear suspension was totally rebuilt back to the original gymkana specs in the summer of 2007. Any help would be appreciated.
