Default 1975 vette conversion

might be repeating myself, don't know if my last offering got in but here goes...am interested in taking a 75 automatic converting to a 5-speed with a keisler conversion kit, and then doing something to my boring 165 hp 350. is it feasible to upgrade to a 427?also i would imagine i need to upgrade suspension. any suggestions would be appreciated.
