Default Sanding?

What is the best way to sand a 78 pace car to the bare fiberglass?
What grit sand paper? etc?
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Jason

Sanding will remove the factory wavy panel effect? media blasting would be the best bet.

I have heard mixed reviews about media blasting. Do some research here.

I scraped the uppper layers with razor blades to get to the original laquer. This I took off with 80 grit pads on a D/A.

Good luck.

I just had my car media blasted. Very happy with the results, at a cost of 850.00
