Anyone ever see a Vette with this engine??
I plan on using stock manifolds and modifying a stock crossover.
there is plenty of space on the passenger side if you remove the hideous evaporator box. I will retain the A/C by using one of the under the dash units that are available. induction will be a modified holley hooked to a boost referenced pressure regulator.
you will probably have to fabricate some sort of downpipe,
so even making a crossover pipe from scratch wouldnt be too difficult.
this sort of project isnt for the squeamish anyways...
here are some calculators to help you size your turbo.

hope this helps
i seem to recall they had a bunch of issues with blow through carburation and the throttle body injection system was coming along well enough that it never made for a viable option. of course with modern fuel injection that's no longer an issue.
i agree completely with the priciple of reduced weight and better distribution. but i'd also throw out there the idea of setting up something like the squires turbo system with the turbo in the rear. in a v-6 application, you could run a single exhaust down one side and use the other side for your pressure pipe. better weight distribution and really
.
