1969 BB rear spring replacement
My mono leaf rear spring broke, I think when it was installed the exhaust pipes rubbed, anyway it broke.
I have looked at 360 lb mono-leaf composite (replacement) and fiberglass which I believe is the correct replacement for a BB. What I noticed was the fiberglass spring looks the same width as the old steel compared to the mono leaf which is narrow at the pumpkin mount point and flares out at the trailing arm mount (where I had the interference problem)
I would like some advise on which one to go with. If I go with the same monoleaf "wide" one I will have to modify the exhaust.
