1979 head light cover problem
I recently starting having problem with the headlight cover not wanting to go down when I turn off the head lights - Will someone point me in the right direction.

Check all the vacuum connections at the relays, the actuators, and at the switch under the dash.
Is it a problem with both or one of them?
If only one is the problem, you can switch the vacuum tubing from one relay to the other to rule out or confirm a bad relay as the problem...which is usually the case unless you have a vacuum leak somewhere in the system.
