question about the stock quadrajet
ok simple question but i cant seem to find the answer myself. what is the CFM of the stock quadrajet on my 81, and what would you suggest for a new one for maximum HP. thanks for the help

I believe the later model ones were 770cfm with the early versions at 750cfm, on an E4ME on an 81 I don't know if it would be the same as an 80 but I would think so at 770cfm. I wouldn't suggest a new quad, but rather send it to Lars here from the forum, everyone raves about how well he can tune a quad, plus I'd rather see the money go to him, since he helps so many of us here.
