Default Block # 14015445, bad or good?

I am looking for a block for my 427 buildup. A guy is selling a 14015445 block. Whats the story about this block. Is it weak or strong? Is it a good and strong "foundation" for my 427 buildup?

I did a web search and that's a 454 block, not a 427. It was made from '78-'90 and could be either a 2- or 4-bolt main block.

Regardless whether 427 or 454, it should still be strong enough for a buildup and should be thoroughly examined and checked for flaws beforehand.
