#2 and 3 body mount question

#2 and 3 body mount question
Are 2 and 3 mount bolts held by a capture nut? The bolts in mine are spinning and I just cant see inside the frame. There is a slot in the frame near where the nut might be. By the way its for a 69.

pretty much impossible to do any thing with the body on.
you will need to cut the head of the bolt off and replace the nut once the body is off
I used lots of Antiseize when I reassembled mine.

Thanks guys it looks like I have some grinding to do.I was going to just change the bushings but now I think I'll take the body off and do a complete frame off resto 
Oh one more thing I have solid mounts I have seen some threads using rubber mounts anyone here do that?
