I'm now just wondering that does the pressure in the system always have to be near 15 psi or is it only in certain situations like hot weather and hot engine?
Dude, I don't want to be rude, but all of your questions have been answered in depth at least once in this thread. If you can't be bothered reading the responses or don't trust them, asking them a second time will just pizz people off.

Just as a hint- stop squeezing the d*mn hose and trying to relate it to engine operational theory.

Long time has passed since I first started this thread, I've got a lot of new information in between and I hadn't totally read it all over since now. You're right, Mike - most of my questions were already answered and even the possibility of upper hose not properly fastened was mentioned. It was also funny to read my own posts as they were so stupid, compared to the knowledge what I have gained since then. I think it might be a good idea to end this particular topic until something bad happens again in the engine. I hope it won't happen and that it really was up to the small things which I have now corrected.

I really laughed hard at this one I would also get pissed off with a guy like me who keeps asking things over.

I've read almost all of this ongoing saga, I might have missed a few.

Did anybody mention just plain old air pocket?

You mean like a bunch of air stuck in the circuit? I don't know if it was mentioned exactly in this thread but somebody certainly mentioned it to me. In case there is one, is it supposed to go away by itself through the radiator cap? Or how would you get rid of it? Thank you.

usually you run the car without the cap on it will allow the air to escape. you could also try turning the heat on full blast and seeing if you have any. if not you have a blockage someplace such as an air pocket.

Oh, okay! Will try this. I haven't ran the system without the cap after doing that combustion gases test and re-filling it up again. However, I did run it without the cap when I drained the system a couple of days ago and perhaps that's why it worked perfectly the other two days. I can't remember if it was Mike Ward who told me how to properly re-fill the system. I will do it today.

What's the good average time to keep the cap off while engine running?
