Default timing ???

I have a 383 stroker with a 204int 214 exh dur @ .050 .420 int .443 exh valve lift 107 int 117 exh lobe sep cam my heads are 202 int 1.60 exh 165 cc runners with 67cc combustion chambers . I am running a 750 cfm carb.
I am wondering where I should start my int timing at before I take it to get dyno tuned

Don't bother with initial timing. It means nothing. Set your final timing for around 36 degrees and let the initial fall where it may. That is a very mild cam you have for a 383 so you should be able to run at about 12 to 14 initial but the 36 total is wha tyou want for a good dyno run. You may have to have the dist tuned to get good results.

And this dyno run is for what reason? I always run on the dyno to tune and find the best a motor will run. Different fuels, timing, intakes, headers, jets, air cleaners, you name it, I'll try it.

If there gonna dyno tune it, set it at 10 or 12*. Let them dial it in after that. If they're dyno tuning it they should set the timing, A/F ratio, etc appropriately. (32* all in) during the tune. Thats what you pay them for.
